Training For Warriors Classes

TFW UPPER/LOWER OR FULL BODY WEIGHT ROOM ROUTINE:

Strength is the foundation of the TFW system. Through our systematic training progressions, we are able to progress or regress students according to their relative strength allowing for every student to work on his or her weaknesses. Each week will include 2 strength training days. It is in these workouts that we look to build strength and confidence under the watchful eye of our trained professional coaches.

TFW METABOLIC CIRCUIT/HURRICANES CAT I,II,III,IV:

Each “Hurricane” workout consists of brief, yet powerful, high-intensity movements and is structured according to the level of the students. Whether it’s sprint work or sled pushes, the objective is to create a disturbance within the metabolic system. With consistent participation, students can expect to decrease body fat, see an increase lean muscle tissue, and improve their cardiac capacity.

TFW ENERGY CIRCUIT:

Energy circuits are centered around a time-specific work-to-rest ratio. Energy circuits are specially designed to compliment our strength training days as it allows our students to focus on movement-based recovery without overloading the body.
Whether it’s through Body Weight, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Sleds or Battle Ropes, each motivating workout is challenging while attainable for all fitness levels.

TFW WARRIOR BENCHMARKS:

Also known as Warrior Challenges, these workouts were created to test the level of physical ability of an athlete and give him/her a ranking to better understand where he or she lies on the continuum of physical fitness. Our ultimate goal of this process is to build a camaraderie among our students by getting them motivated and excited about motivating other students by recognizing good performance and leading groups as great coaches.
